📦 Where We Ship

Mary Beauty Cosmetics currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


✈️ Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery time varies by location, but typically falls between 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.


💌 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or via email.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package via the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


📦 Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Mary Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check your address and mailbox

  2. Contact your local USPS or UPS office

  3. If still unresolved, email us at infomarybeautyshop@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist


🛒 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error after checkout, email us immediately at infomarybeautyshop@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is fulfilled.


📥 Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees

  • We will contact you to confirm updated address and payment for re-shipping

  • Refunds are not issued for shipping costs or unclaimed items
